The Impact of Educational Materials on Parental Anxiety and Productivity: A Clinical Trial in Pediatric Appendicitis
Abstract
There is limited literature on how acute appendicitis, the most common acute children's surgical illness, affects the family. We conducted a prospective study to assess the impact of educational materials on parents' anxiety and productivity during the child's illness.
