Abstract
This study evaluates the safety and outcomes of thoracoscopic repair of esophageal atresia with distal tracheoesophageal fistula in infants weighing less than 2000 g. The findings suggest that this minimally invasive approach can be performed safely in this vulnerable population, potentially reducing morbidity associated with traditional surgical methods.
