Abstract

To report our technique and outcomes of trans-umbilical laparoscopic single-site surgery (TULSS) with hepatic ductoplasty (HPD) to widen the hepaticojejunostomy (HJ) in the management of childhood choledochal cysts (ChC) with a small common hepatic duct (CHD).
