Laparoscopic Pediatric Hernia Repair: Online Course 2017

This was a half-day course focused on teaching the fine points of a the laparoscopic pediatric hernia repair led by Drs Ian Mitchell, Todd Ponsky, Jeff Gander, Sophia Abdulhai, Abdulraouf Lamoshi, Louis Seya.

​We presented many of the different options available for the non-mesh lap inguinal hernia repair and then focus on the specific steps of the lap-assisted, percutaneous technique. The different techniques and instrumentation are demonstrated through in-depth, evidence-based discussions, review of edited surgical videos, and discussion of surgical tips and tricks.
