Abstract
/Purpose: Accurate preoperative classification of anorectal malformations (ARM) guides surgical planning, yet cross–table radiography may misclassify anatomy. We compared the diagnostic performance of transperineal ultrasound (TPUS) and radiography, with emphasis on cases where these modalities disagreed.
